The experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. After checking in through the app and informing them of my late arrival, I discovered that my rooms had been given away without any attempt to assist me in finding an alternative accommodation. The lack of support and the cancellation of my reservation was frustrating and unprofessional, especially for a Hilton Diamond member.

The hotel was super close to Lagoon Amusement Park and we even explored some ski resorts like Snowbird. It was nice to relax in our room after a long day of fun. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

However, I did have a trouble when I needed pain relief. The staff couldn't provide any Tylenol or Ibuprofen, which was disappointing. Having a first aid kit or basic medicine available would be helpful for guests who might need it.

Also, if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for potential noise from other guests, as soundproofing isn't the best. Finally, there's no in-room microwave, which can be pesky if you're trying to warm up leftovers.
